Eligibility & Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back.
- Return the product, accessories, and any bonus items that came with your order.
Tip: Keep your original packaging until you’re sure you’re keeping the item.
Condition of Items
- Unopened/unused products in original condition and with tamper‑evident seals intact are eligible for a refund.
- Opened items: For dietary supplements, we can only accept opened items if your offer explicitly included a satisfaction guarantee permitting a partially used item. Otherwise, opened items are not eligible for return due to safety and regulatory reasons.
- Items must be free of damage, wear, or residue. Include all packaging, inserts, and gifts that came with the order.
Non‑Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll replace the item or provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund once confirmed.
Bundles, Gifts & Promotions
- Bundles: If returning part of a bundle, the refund will be prorated to reflect bundle pricing. Free items in a “Buy X, Get Y” promo must be included or the value may be deducted.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit to you upon receipt of the return.
- Free shipping promos: The original “free shipping” value is not refundable.
Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.

We’ll email your RMA and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed in processing.
Third‑Party Purchases
